These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Revelation website and services provided by Elite Tech Systems, LLC, doing business as Revelation ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the website or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Revelation provides GTM intelligence, AI-mediated buyer analysis, GTM AI automation, workflow design, and related consulting or implementation services. Specific services are delivered on an engagement basis as agreed between Revelation and each client.
Use of the Website
You agree to use the Revelation website lawfully and not to:
- Interfere with or disrupt the website or its infrastructure.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems.
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the site without permission.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting requests.
Client Engagements
Specific engagement terms, including scope, deliverables, pricing, duration, confidentiality, ownership, and payment terms, are governed by separate agreements between Revelation and each client. In the event of a conflict, the client engagement agreement takes precedence.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Revelation website, including text, graphics, logos, methodology descriptions, frameworks, and service materials, is the property of Elite Tech Systems, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.
Revelation retains ownership of its methodologies, scoring frameworks, analytical systems, templates, and reusable automation patterns unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Confidentiality
Client materials, project data, reports, and findings are treated as confidential. We do not share identifiable client data with other clients, publish client results publicly, or use identifiable client data for marketing purposes without permission.
Disclaimers
Revelation provides strategic intelligence, recommendations, and implementation support based on available information, client context, and third-party systems. AI platform behavior, market conditions, and GTM outcomes can change and are outside our control. We do not guarantee specific visibility, pipeline, revenue, or performance outcomes.
The website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Tech Systems, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Revelation website or services, regardless of the theory of liability.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elite Tech Systems, LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the website or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Denver, Colorado.
